Terms and Conditions for Promo Print 4 U

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Promo Print 4 U ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. By engaging with our services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not proceed with any orders or use of our services.
1. Services Provided
Promo Print 4 U offers custom printing services, including but not limited to apparel printing, promotional item printing, and design services. All services are subject to availability and pricing outlined on our website or provided at the time of order.
2. Orders and Payment
- All orders must be placed through our official channels (online, by email, or in-person).
- Prices for services are as per the current rate provided at the time of order and are subject to change.
- Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and checks.
3. Customer-Provided Apparel
- Customer-supplied apparel is accepted for printing, but Promo Print 4 U is not responsible for any issues related to the quality, material, or fit of the items provided.
- Apparel provided by the customer is accepted "as is," and we do not guarantee the outcome of the print on any customer-supplied items.
- Customers must ensure that their provided apparel is free of defects or damages, as Promo Print 4 U will not be held liable for any issues caused by defective or faulty products.
- We recommend that all customer-supplied apparel is pre-washed to avoid any shrinkage or other issues during the printing process.
- Any damages to customer-provided apparel during the printing process are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or reprints.
4. Design Approval
- A digital proof of the design will be provided to the customer for approval before printing begins. Customer approval is required for us to proceed with the order.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to review the design proof for accuracy, including spelling, colors, and layout. Promo Print 4 U will not be held responsible for errors once the design is approved.
5. Turnaround Times
- Estimated turnaround times will be communicated to the customer at the time of order. These times are estimates and may vary based on workload, order complexity, and other factors.
- Promo Print 4 U will make every effort to meet agreed-upon timelines, but we do not guarantee any specific delivery dates.
- If there are delays beyond our control, we will notify the customer promptly.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing and within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
- Refunds are only available if Promo Print 4 U has made a material error in the printing process that was not approved by the customer in the design proof, and Promo Print 4 U is notified at time of acceptance of job.
7. Quality Assurance
- Promo Print 4 U strives to provide high-quality prints. However, due to the nature of the printing process, slight variations in color, placement, or fabric texture may occur.
- If there is an issue with the print quality (such as misalignment or defects), customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Promo Print 4 U is not responsible for minor variances in print quality that occur within acceptable industry standards.
8. Shipping and Delivery
- If shipping is selected, Promo Print 4 U is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Shipping costs are determined at the time of order and are the responsibility of the customer.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Promo Print 4 U’s liability for any claim arising out of the use of our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruptions.
10. Intellectual Property
- All designs and artwork provided by Promo Print 4 U are the property of Promo Print 4 U or our licensors, and customers are granted a limited license to use the designs for their specific order only.
- The customer warrants that any logos, artwork, or trademarks provided to us for printing do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
11. Indemnification
- The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Promo Print 4 U harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the customer's breach of these Terms and Conditions or use of our services.
12. Governing Law
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13. Amendments
- Promo Print 4 U reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to the customer.
By placing an order with Promo Print 4 U, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
